Greek Salad

Ingredients:

4 Firm ripe tomatoes

1 Cucumber

1 Medium onion

1 Green pepper

150 g Feta cheese

A few capers

1/2 Cup olive oil

Sprinkling of oregano

Salt

Wash the tomatoes, peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Cut the onion and pepper in rings.Place them in a salad bowl, add the olives, capers, oregano and salt, and mix lightly. Slice the feta cheese, place it on top of the salad and dress with olive oil.
